Profiling
driven placement of checkpoints in reverse AD
Abstract: Using
new features of the Tapenade AD tool, precise placement of checkpoints at call
boundary and instrumentation of the generated code for profiling, I will show
some performance results of checkpoints placed using profiling informations on
the tape size and the runtime.
